Something strange is going on

I have no idea why the humans are paying so much attention to me today. All I wanna do is sit in my box and keep away from these silly humans.

They keeping telling me tomorrow I'll be a big sister?
Sister what does that mean? Big? I'm a baby cat who's big around here?
Anyways I'll just stay put in my box and wait for the big surprise these humans are fussing about.

So the best thing the humans have ever given me is the box the microwave came in.

They wrapped it in Christmas paper and cut out a few doors for me and voila! Instant kitty club house where the sign reads No Humans Allowed!

I have quiet a collection of toys.

 I may not play with them but their mine and I guard them all night long.

I'll sleep with 1 eye open to protect these toys of mine if I have too.

I don't know what all the fuss over furry mice is about? I can play with this thing for hours and never get bored.

the humans seem the think I am warming up to the idea that humans are all that bad.

Maybe they are half right.

It was a year ago that I came to live with the Humans, I was still so tiny and ever so greatful to be away from the pet store for good. 

So many things have happened since I first arrived to my forever home.

Im glad to call it my forever home.

The humans arnt all that bad - except when they pick me up!



just over a year ago

January 5th of 2011 my humans had to say goodbye to their beloved furry friend Luke Skywalker after 17 years.He was a very handsome fella and I wish I could have met him.

He is now resting at rainbow Bridge with his sister Princess Leia.  I know I will never replace them in the humans heart but I am sure happy they had enough room in their heart for me. 

These 2 kitties are legends in my household.
